Description
Continuous production with a Mobile Annular Kiln
The Mobile Annular Kiln is the annular configuration of our Mobile Tunnel Kiln system: the kiln body travels on circular rails while the green bricks remain stationary. Drying, preheating, firing, heat preservation and cooling are connected in one circular production route.
The system is composed of the kiln body, circular rails, circular flue and desulfurizing draft system.
Key operating features
Fan-free kiln-top layout
The main draft system is arranged away from the moving kiln top to help reduce operating vibration.
Connected drying and firing
The transition is designed without a separate check gate between the drying and firing sections.
Heat transferred upstream
Recovered heat from firing and cooling is directed toward drying and preheating.
Mobile Annular Kiln production flow
The kiln travels on circular rails around fixed brick stacks for continuous production.
Flue-gas treatment
The flue and desulfurization system are integrated into the kiln arrangement.
Temperature monitoring
Operating temperatures can be monitored through the kiln thermal zones.
Four connected stages
Moisture Elimination
≈ 200°C
Recovered hot air removes moisture before firing.
Preheating
≈ 600°C
Temperature rises progressively before the firing zone.
Firing
850–1050°C
The bricks reach the specified firing temperature.
Insulation & Cooling
Heat Recovery
Recovered heat is reused upstream while products cool.
