Uzbekistan 17.3 m Mobile Tunnel Kiln Project — Line 2
The second 17.3 m mobile tunnel kiln line in Uzbekistan, documented through a dedicated on-site project image set.
Yaxin designs and manufactures Mobile Tunnel Kiln systems for continuous brick production. In the annular configuration, also described as a Mobile Annular Kiln, the kiln body travels along a circular or oval track around stationary brick stacks, integrating drying, preheating, firing and cooling into an organized production process. Each system is configured around your raw materials, target capacity, brick specifications, fuel type and available site. Our services cover process design, equipment fabrication, installation guidance, commissioning and operator training.
Unlike a conventional fixed tunnel kiln, the Mobile Annular Kiln moves around prepared brick stacks on a continuous circular or oval route. Coordinated temperature zones, airflow control and material handling help maintain a consistent firing curve while minimizing repeated brick movement. Kiln width, track layout, fuel system, heat utilization and automation level can be tailored to each project.

Yaxin Kiln provides one-stop design and construction services for Large-Section Tunnel Kiln and Mobile Tunnel Kiln projects.
