Yaxin designs and manufactures Mobile Tunnel Kiln systems for continuous brick production. In the annular configuration, also described as a Mobile Annular Kiln, the kiln body travels along a circular or oval track around stationary brick stacks, integrating drying, preheating, firing and cooling into an organized production process. Unlike a conventional fixed tunnel kiln, the Mobile Annular Kiln moves around prepared brick stacks on a continuous circular or oval route. Coordinated temperature zones, airflow control and material handling help maintain a consistent firing curve while minimizing repeated brick movement. Kiln width, track layout, fuel system, heat utilization and automation level can be tailored to each project.
